unhelpful staffnoisy conversations
i found the staff to be quite unhelpful. i asked about leaving my luggage for a short period, but the request was denied. the staff member did not seem to care about the inconvenience this caused. doors slamming and loud conversations at night disrupted my sleep.

i found fantastic kitchen facilities available, good for cooking meals. the bed was comfortable. the shower had good water pressure. the heater worked well (it kept me cosy).
the doors slammed often at night, a little noisy.

I found the room clean. The location was excellent, right across from the Botanical Gardens. I also appreciated the restaurant discount for hotel residents. The food was quite delicious.
The parking situation was a bit challenging for me, as it is not free of charge.

My room was very clean and modern. A balcony offered views out to the gardens, a relaxing feature. The room had a TV and a desk with a chair too.

The hotel is almost in the city center, near beautiful gardens. Hayley Park is just across the street from the hotel. It was peaceful here. The view to the Botanical Gardens was particularly appealing.

The hotel offers a shared kitchen , and I found this quite convenient. There are enough separate bathrooms to use. The laundry is available from 5:00 to 22:00.
